    High in Ethiopia’s southern highlands (1,700–2,200m), our Yirgacheffe farms yield bright, floral coffees with jasmine, bergamot, and citrus tones—handpicked and sun-dried to preserve their iconic character.

  • Bonga Kafa – Oromia Region

    Grown under rainforest canopy in the UNESCO-protected Kafa Biosphere, these heirloom beans burst with tropical fruit, cocoa, and honey—highlighting Ethiopia’s untouched biodiversity.

  • Bench Maji – Gesha Homeland

    In the birthplace of the legendary Gesha variety, we cultivate ultra-rare lots prized for their floral intensity, silky body, and complex stone-fruit sweetness—harvested only once a year.
